We ask, in exchange, that clients keep us informed as to project progress and raise issues and queries in the first instance with project staff, though direct contact is available in all instances.

Finally, our conditions of engagement reflect our need to pay our consultants and suppliers promptly, and if variations from our normal payment terms are required or anticipated, we would ask to be advised to advance to avoid any confusion or lack of communication.
